Regina Carrick and Liz Eitt of the King George Zen Farm are hosting a second part to their series entitled:
Finding a Self with a Little Help from your Family: An interactive tutorial to refine focus when dealing with problematic relationships.
The retreat includes a presentation on developing one's family diagram, opportunities to explore anxiety present in one's own family and time to ask questions and strategize next steps for learning from our most influential relationships.
The format will be a round table discussion over a light organic breakfast.
