Resiliency in the Family & the Brain explores the connection between
- developing resiliency in the family by working towards increased differentiation of self in relationships
- developing resiliency in the brain through NeurOptimal neurofeedback training and
- how change occurs
Differentiation of self, the core of Bowen Family Systems Theory, describes the variation in people's sensitivity to another and the varying degrees of a person's ability to think and act autonomously in the face of pressure to agree.
NeurOptimal* is a neurofeedback technology, based in a systems (non-linear) understanding of patterns of communication in the brain. NeurOptimal can increase flexibility in the brain by giving the brain accurate feedback about itself, interrupting inefficient patterns, and thereby reorganizing itself toward more efficiency.

While estimating group size is not an exact science, there is a distinction between personal use and organizational use and we request that you use your best principles in this determination.
